Facebook will be unveiling a new feature that will make it easier for businesses to stay on top of conversations across Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram by unifying messages, comments, reactions on one single platform that is the Facebook Pages Manager app.

Features of the Updated Facebook Pages Manager
This new feature in Pages Manager will allow businesses to respond to their followers across these channels in one place, thereby making it easier to offer customer support.
According to thenextweb, a business user’s inbox can be easily accessed by tapping the messaging icon at the bottom of your Page in Pages Manager.
The Facebook Pages Manager app features a tabbed interface for Facebook comments, visitor posts, reviews, messages, and Instagram comments. Page Manager allows you to view basic profile information about your audience or customers who contact you.
Before this unified feature, some business users had to have multiple peoples just to check messages and respond to comments simultaneously which proved to be a tideous task.
This will help make it easier for people or businesses who promote their brands through Facebook’s social networks. You will be able to try it in the coming weeks as it rolls out to Pages Manager on Android and iOS.
Facebook says it will eventually arrive on other devices too.
